Sign in failed for unknown reason

Hi, My husband is trying to log into circles. Everytime he tries it says sign in failed for an unknown reason, please try again. We have tried so many times. What else can we do. He doesn't have a problem logging into any of the other apps.

Is he able to sign in to his Church Account using a web browser? If not, then the problem with the Church Account should be fixed first. Please see here if that is the case: https://tech.churchofjesuschrist.org/fo ... hp?t=30383

I am having the same problem. I have an iPad and an android phone, yet both refuse to let me login. I can login on the Church website and serve as an Elders Quorum President. I can login to everything Church related EXCEPT for the Gospel Living app.

Is there a reason or solution to this?

Yes, he can log into his Church account on a web browser. He is able to log into all the other apps no problem. Just have the issue with gospel living app. He is also the Elders Quorum President.

I am in the same boat! Not EQ president though. I have been able to sign in a few years ago when the app first came out but am getting the same error message over and over. I’ve tried turning the two-factor authentication on and off etc. and changed my password several times. Can login to everything else but not the living app.

Update: I reached out to support through the app. There was an update and now my husband is able to log into Circles. Hopefully it is fixed for the rest of you who were also having problems logging in.
