This morning I needed to call the Nebraska Suicide hotline (988), for a friend,and LDS Tools kept trying to dial a member in our Stake. My wife tried it from her phone as well and it was trying to dial a different person in our Stake.
We had to uninstall the app for the phone call to go through to the agency and not someone from the LDS Tools app.
Both of us are using Google Pixel 7s

That's interesting. I tried dialing numbers from the phone app and only saw suggested contacts, nothing from Member Tools.
At what stage of dialing did it jump in?
Is there anything about this member's number that might be an issue? Was Nebraska a state that recently had to go to 10-digiit dialing as this member has a 7-digit number in tools that starts with 988?
