Cell Phone in the Temples

My wife is planning to attend the Atlanta temple this week and has a question. She is currently wearing a heart monitoring device that sends data back to our doctor via a blue tooth setup.
The monitoring device is quite compact and attached to her under her clothing, but the interface Transmitter) is actually a modified cell phone that must be within twenty feet or so of the monitoring device.
Can the dedicated and modified cell phone be carried in the temple if it is in a pocket and unseen?

I agree with jdlessley's advice to ask a member of the Temple Presidency. Only issue I could see with allowing it is if it could make a disruptive noise during an ordinance.
