If you call tech support for your printer, which is suggested, they will ask you some questions to help find out what the problem is. Nobody could possibly diagnose it with just "nothing happens."

Was a PDF created by the temple worker schedule software? If not, there is nothing to print. If no PDF, did you try to create it again?

Do other things print on your printer? Is the printer on, with toner/ink and paper? Is there a spooled file pending printing in your out-q which might prevent the printing of the schedule?

Have you tried rebooting your computer as well as turning the printer off and back on?
