Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Home page is not coming up when I log in. How do I access that so I can pay my donations?

I can see the same issue. However, for the purpose of accessing the Donations page, the Resources menu (grid of nine square dots) is still available. Click on the Resources icon to see the Resources menu and then click on the Donations link.

As I was composing this message the My Home page finally rendered and has completely loaded, making that Donations link also available. It appears like they were in the process of changing the Home Page layout. It now has a new look.
