I have not been able to get into my members tool app for a few days. The same thing keeps happening. It starts to load and then I get a message that something is down. However I think it's my app. I am running this version:
Version 5.0.2-(104504.1373678) on an Android. I have attached the screenshot of what I see.

It may be dependent on other Android services. Make sure everything else on the phone is up to date such as Google Play, etc.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
