sending a message to a meeting house leader

When I go to meeting house locator and try to send a message to a branch president I get the message, "We couldn't send your message." Any idea why? The branch president does have an email address. Is there a restriction on the number or frequency of messages? Thank you.

It just worked for me. I expect you likely were unlucky to hit a point where there were server issues, and it probably will now also work for you.

That said, have you been sending a lot of messages this way? I haven't heard of any restrictions, but if you think this might be the case for you, it would be interesting to know how many, or how often, you are sending messages via the tool

There have been some reports here on the forum of spam messages being received via the maps tool. I wouldn't be surprised if they added a limit to try to mitigate that.
