Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. The first topic thread of this sub-forum, PLEASE READ FIRST: Answers to Most Church Account Problems, should be read for solutions. Then contact your ward clerk for assistance. If he cannot help you, then he can give you the telephone number for the Global Services Department (GSD).
