Have Caller ID Show up on Iphone

I know on Android if you don't have someone's number in your contacts, then your phone will look on Tools for their name, and display it. How do I do this on iPhone?

FYI, this doesn't work reliably on Android, either. It has NEVER worked for me on Android nor for my wife who is on a newer version of Android (I have a Motorola phone and she has a Samsung - both are mid-range, not high end, phones).

I have read on the forum that the developers try to keep both OS versions in parity, but there are differences that make some features more difficult (or impossible) to implement on one or the other.

I believe you need to go into the iOS Phone settings and enable it under Caller ID, in addition to enabling it in Tools. It never worked for me when I had an iPhone though.
