I think your best bet would be to contact the current Bishop of that ward, and ask if he would kindly look in CDOL (Church Directory of Leaders) for that historical information. The Bishop (or his clerk) should have access to whatever information the Church has stored for their ward. I don't currently have CDOL access so I can't speak for certain, but I believe the 80's are hit-and-miss for historical information. I'd expect it should be shown, but the historical calling info for different wards seems to vary in how far it goes back.

I'm not certain the Church itself would provide that information if you requested it via the standard Feedback functionality, hence my suggestion to directly contact the ward. Perhaps other Forum members have other ideas.
