Circles Notifications and Apple Users

Has anyone presented a training for downloading the Living app and turning on notifications for Apple users?

I have a few Apple users who are still unable to receive notifications when messages come through Circles.

I have not heard of any problems from Android users.

I would be so grateful for any advice. I'm providing a brief 5th Sunday training to our youth parents. I want to help our ward implement this effectively.
