Webcast Communicator Firmware or Tech Support

Hi all,

In principle, the WCC box works quite well for us. Certainly much better than our previous multiple slingbox approach.

Recently we've found severe problems with audio quality. In parallel with putting oscilloscopes on the in audio-in and evaluating the source sound quality, I'd like to talk to someone who knows about the WCC.

Is there a tech-support person? Is there a F/W upgrade (currently at: Version 1.1, Build: 03032009)?

Thanks in advance for any pointers.
