Regaining Missionary Email After Being Home For 4 Years

My wife had shared all of her photos and documents from her mission to her personal email from her mission email after her mission. She has been able to see them until tonight. Google is saying that she doesn't have access to the photos and documents anymore. I think it's because of the mission email being deleted or something like that. I reached out to help@churchofjesuschrist.org already, and am waiting for their response.

Do y'all think there is a chance they can retrieve the email for us to get the photos and documents for a day or two so that we can download them to our laptop locally? My wife has been home for 4 years. Or if you know there is another way to gain access to her email, please comment below. Thank you!
