"Moves In Progress - Resume an in-progress address unknown move

"Moves In Progress - Resume an in-progress address unknown move

Please help.... A former family of our Ward is visible when using "Member Tools" phone App, but not visible on LCR online. We would like to finish moving the family out and have their new address. The LCR system will not allow us to complete the transfer. How do we proceed?

When you're using LCR, are you sure you're logged/signed in to an account that has a bishopric or clerk calling?

Silly question, but how have you verified that Member Tools is current? Sync doesn't always seem to work. You might try logging out and back in.

I'd believe LCR over Member Tools.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
