Saving callings, releases, etc.
For the past two weeks I have tried to save callings or releases or other membership information and keep getting a system error message saying to refresh or try again later. I do both and it's still not working. It is extremely frustrating how poorly the church I.T. functions and how long it takes for fixes.

Have you tried incognito mode?

To clarify, I'm trying to do this on my Android phone, which I have been able to do for years until now.

In a web browser or is it something you can do in Member Tools?
I don't think mobile web browsers are immune to cookie buildup, so using incognito in the web browser still applies.

Incognito worked. Not sure how or why, but pretty sure it shouldn't be necessary in order for things to work.

It's a well-known problem with church webpages. "They" are aware of the cookie build0up problem, but for some reason they're not given the resources to fix it.

Depending on what browser you're using, there may be a way to clear cookies. That should allow you to not have to use incognito mode anymore (incognito mode is just a quick way to test a website without having your browser cookies loaded).
