What address should I send a letter for the prophet to? I don't know if he'll actually answer, but I need to get into contact with a higher church official.

Direct communications to General Authorities is discouraged. You will need to reach out to your local leaders; bishop, stake president; to discuss whatever you need to communicate to President Nelson. See General Handbook, 38.8.25.

My bishop and stake president have not been very helpful so far. I understand why sending letters to higher authorities is discouraged, as they'd get so many letters it would be difficult to answer them all, but this really is a pressing matter that only a higher official can help with. I don't need to send my letter directly to President Nelson, but what address should I send it to in order to get into contact with a higher authority? Thank you for helping with my problem, I really appreciate it.
