Purpose of the "Upload Consent Form" on the Member Info Page?

Purpose of the "Upload Consent Form" on the Member Info Page?
Is there an actual use for the "Upload Consent Form" hyperlink on the Member Information page next to the "Action" button? The obvious answer would be to upload the consent form for baptisms but I found out that if you upload the consent from from the member info page and then enter in the baptism info, you have to upload the consent form again or it will not let you complete the entries for the baptism.

What you describe appears to be a programming bug. I'd recommend using the Send Feedback link to report the anomaly.
