LDS Tools shows duplicate classes

I am restructuring both our Primary and Young Women's classes. Previously, our CTR-6 and CTR-7 were combined. In 2025, we want our CTR-5 and CTR-6 combined and our CTR-7 and CTR-8 to be combined. I found how to do that in LCR, and if logged in and looking using the Church website, it all looks correct. However, in LDS Tools, it now has a
CTR-5/CTR-6
CTR-7
CTR-7/CTR-8

The solo CTR-7 class only shows up in Tools. And it has no teachers or class members. But I cannot delete it through Tools, and it doesn't show up in LCR, so I cannot delete it there.

Second, we also changed our YW classes. Last year, it was 12/13, 14, 15-18. Now, we are going back to a standard 12/13, 14/15, 16-18. Again, I saw how to do that in LCR and it looks great there. But in Tools, it shows an extra class:
12/13
14
14/15
16-18

This time, the class 14 does not show any class members, but it does have the same presidency as the 14/15. And it has the same advisors as 14/15. It does not show up in LCR, so I cannot access it to delete it.

Does anyone know what I need to do to delete these two classes?

The first thing is to go into Tools > Settings and do a refresh data. Sync doesn't always work right, and I'd imagine that the class changes have confused it.

Wow - I didn't even know that button existed. But it fixed the problems in both organizations immediately. Thank you so much for your help! I can't believe you got back to me so quickly, and had the very answer I needed.
