A sister has been called as an EnglishConnect teacher.
I'm not finding a calling for this in LCR. Is this a custom calling that I should make up? Or am I missing something?

One of the Stakes I attend offers EnglishConnect through their "Welcome Center".
That stake has the Welcome Center callings located at <Stake>/Other Callings/Welfare and Self Reliance
There is a couple called as "Welcome Center Director" (who lead the program)
And teachers are called as "Welcome Center Specialist".
(There are also numerous members who assist during the lessons but they are not explicitly called/listed in this category. )

No idea if that is the best/recommended way to have things organized, but that is what I have seen thus far.
