Members Who Move With Seasons (Snow Birds)
We live in a cold, harsh climate and have people that leave for the winter and come back in the summer. Generally we have been keeping those memberships in our ward but I am a new ward clerk and was wondering if those should be moved with the seasons as the members leave a come back.

As a clerk, you're going to want to get to know the General Handbook. Section 33.6.4 has guidance on the subject. I'd suggest talking with the bishop to see how he wants to handle it.
