Tools App not syncing correctly with the website.

I have some members that we moved to a different ward, and months later they are still showing up in our ward on the Tool App. They are also on the tools app in their new ward (still in our stake so I can see that). Online in the ward directory and on LCR they are not in our ward. So the tools app is syncing somehow from a different source. Can we please get this fixed? I have a screen recording video that I can share to show this problem and I am happy to show the developers once I am contacted about that.

Try this:

In Tools app, Settings > Refresh data.

For some reason, "sync" seems to miss things.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
