Cannot change location for distribution center website

I am currently serving a mission in a mission that spans multiple countries. I have previously served in the part of the mission that is within the country that has a distribution center, and the mission office. This had allowed me to order things online from the distribution center and have them shipped to the mission office so that my delivery could be brought to me wherever I am at.

Recently I was transferred to a different country inside of the mission, and when I try to order things from the distribution center website, it auto assigns my address to the country I am living in, even when I try to change the location before adding the items to my basket. I have disabled the location permissions for chrome even, but the location automatically assigns back to the country I'm currently staying in, effectively making it impossible to list the correct delivery address as it automatically fills the country field on the delivery address with my own current country so that I cannot put the mission office address.
