New Testament has lost all formatting

The New Testament has lost formatting in the chapter headings, there are no footnotes, highlights are intact but notes are gone, you can’t enlarge the font but the font becomes enlarged on all other standard works when you go into it.

This issue has been resolved. To force your phone to update, pull down from the top on the library home screen in the app.

I did as recommended and from the home screen in the app I pulled down from the top. Nothing changed. I’m supposing that my iPad will be able to do the same, yet no change.
I don’t want to reinstall the app and lose all my notes. Any other help? I use my iPad - purchased this year and up to date - for almost all my studying and teaching.
