So the given link is not working from any of my devices . So I basically tried signing up as a parent . I tried it on my phone , laptop , tried using other browsers but , it still said access denied and started reloading automatically and started repeating this process. What do I do?

Not sure what your problem might stem from, but the link worked just fine for me just now from my android phone. I'm logged in to this forum with my church account and was still logged in to the page that opened. I don't know if that makes a difference (I would expect it to stop at the login page if you aren't.). I was able to select your country but didn't try to go any further. It appears to not be a problem with the website (unless it was down when you last tried).
