Hello:
I have never had this problem before. Whenever I type something into Notes, it auto-saves. Now, if I type anything, it will not save. It indicates an exclamation point in a circle and reads "Not Saved."
I have tried restarting my computer and signing out of the church website. I first noticed this yesterday, Saturday, March 22nd. I use Google Chrome. No updates are pending for my computer or Chrome.

It might be a cookie build-up problem. I'd try deleting the church cookies first and see if that fixes things.

Yes, look at the cookie problem mentioned by russelhltn. It is a problem for some things. However, I use study notes almost every day, and have been doing so for years. Sometimes the technology behind study notes fails and you get the problem you mentioned. It can be intermittent and sometimes goes on for days. In these cases, the problem is on the church's severs and technology, so there's nothing you can do on your local computer to fix it. That said, it's been working fine for me the last few days. Are you still having issues?
