Unable to see the garments on the store

Hello, I’m a member in France.
I have a problem, I was endowed 2 days ago and I still can’t see and buy the garments online.
I asked the clerk and he says everything is fine for him. I asked the store support and he tells me everything’s should be working.
I also tried on another browser, and another device. What can I do? (I'm asking a member to buy for me but I’d like to figure out the problem for the next years)

Is your membership record number attached to your Church Account? You can check by going to the "Profile" tab at Account.ChurchofJesusChrist.org.

I had this happen to me. Sometimes the Church account does not update properly to allow the member to see the Sacred Garments. Only people with a valid Temple recommend should be able to see that section. (I jokingly call this the "Sacred Firewall" )

You need to call the Global Service Department. With the all the information to correct the Member's account.

Correction, only those who are endowed should be able to see it. A current temple recommend is not required.
