Patriarchal blessing headers - different stake

Good day. I am currently a Stake Patriarch with permission to pronounce blessings in different stakes, other than my own in Spanish. I just noticed the header section lists my home stake and unit number in the header vs the Member’s home stake and unit number. Is it important these are accurate and if yes, how can this be edited? I'm very interested in this topic, we have been told that a similar Spanish-language Patriarch will be called locally, with permission to give blessings to Spanish-speaking members throughout our Council. If somebody shares helpful details here in the Forum, I'll pass this along to our new Patriarch (I'll be coordinating some items with him at some point).

Just for your awareness, the Tech Forum isn't connected to Church support, rather it's a location for user-to-user discussion and self-help. This is great, but obviously there's limitations since current Forum participants don't have experience with everything that somebody might ask about. So you might not get any response if no other active Forum members have knowledge about the Patriarchal blessing system.

And if you do find out another way (perhaps contacting Global Support directly yourself), it would definitely be helpful if you returned here and shared what you find, so that others can be blessed by that information. Gracias!

This scenario sounds similar to a Patriarch who has permission to give a patriarchal blessing to a direct family member who lives outside his stake. Perhaps whatever guidance is given for that situation, is applicable to what you would like to know.
