Cannot complete ordinance preparation

I'm trying to complete the new process of setting up a member for the temple in LCR under "Members Preparing for Temple Ordinances. I've filled out the setup section and most of the Information. However when it asks if the member is currently married to a living spouse the form stops working. It sits and spins and I cannot continue. I looked at the browser dev tools and the request for the question is returning with a 500 - Internal server error. I don't know what else to do, Its been a couple of days this has been happening and the member has family coming to support them in a few weeks.

Just as a thought, you might try using incognito mode in your browser. Cookie build-up does strange things.

If that doesn't work, then it's time to call support.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Thank you for your reply. I tried it with no success. I've also looked for how to contact support with no success. Do you know how to contact them?

I am jumping in just to reinforce the OP's original message. I have had 4 or 5 opportunities to use the new system now over the last month and it is generally incredibly slow. I have reliable and fast internet service, I've tried it in a variety of settings so my hunch is it's the system (not the access).

It does work, but requires 30-60 seconds of spinning/thinking between each step. And commonly it fails completely. A refresh of the entire browser window usually works to get back to where I was so I can try again.

The new system is a great idea but needs some backend upgrades to speed it up.
