It would be helpful from a stake level to be able to see in the temple recommend status report the status of "in process." This would allow the stake to contact members with reminders of where and when stake interviews take place.

The recommend activations page has the list of those that have had the bishopric interview but not the stake one. (Both currently expired and non-expired)

The "Issued" status also appears to do this for members that have an expired recommend but are waiting for their stake interview. (members with an active recommend but waiting for their stake interview to renew it don't show on this one)
