Hello!
I have been trying to create a new member record for two weeks, but I keep getting a 500 error (general server error) with the text saying, "Sorry, something went wrong loading the requested data. Try refreshing the page, or try again later." I have tried three web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari), I have tried in incognito windows (to mitigate potential caching, cookie, or browser extension issues), have tried on an iPad with two browsers (Chrome and Safari), and have tried on different networks (to mitigate potential firewall blockers). I see the exact same error, no matter what I try.
I submitted a ticket ~10 days ago (no response yet) and provided feedback via the feedback modal.
Any ideas or things I should try?

Since a 500 error is a catchall message identifying an issue not on your end but on the server end and you have ruled out most of the things on your end, then a call to the Global Services Department (GSD) would be the next step. At least they can let you know if they are aware of any issues being worked. They can also see what the status is on your case number.

Since this is something going on for two weeks and no one else is reporting an error, I suspect the creation is running into a rule violation on the back end that the front end isn't catching.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
