Recording attendance for Primary presidency

I was asked by the Primary Presidency why they are unable to record attendance for presidency members, or chorister or pianist. They are able to see adult teachers for each class, but adults serving in other callings in Primary (chorister, pianist, presidency, etc.) do not show up in the attendance tool for the Primary to mark.

Is there a setting that the bishopric or clerks need to change to enable this?

P.S. I have noticed this also applies to Young Women, and Young Men. It isn’t clear for Sunday School, Relief Society, or Elders Quorum because the members of the presidencies are also “part” of those organizations.

In the Sunday School secretary material it states that Primary workers serving in Primary should be counted as attending Sunday School. Perhaps this applies to other adult serving elsewhere

Yes, but the primary presidency can record that for all teachers; however they cannot record attendance for anyone in the presidency or non-teachers (chorister, pianist, etc.). It doesn't make sense to me. If all adults should be recorded by Sunday School, then the Primary presidency shouldn't be able to record attendance for ANY adults. If they can record for some adults in the Primary, why not ALL adults serving in Primary callings.

This sounds like a bug to me. I suggest you report the odd behavior through feedback from within the app or from the LCR page where you are experiencing it. That will get your report to someone who can decide if the developers need to investigate. The decision makers may not see this thread.
