New YW class names removed all presidency callings

We noticed that after the new YW class names were pushed out to LCR, all our class presidency callings were wiped out. We have to start from scratch to reenter all the youth leaders. Did anyone else experience this and is there a better solution than to reenter all the names and callings?

We did experience the YW class reset that was effective on 1 June and we had to enter the YW into their calling positions. We also had to move the adult leaders back into the classes they were called to. There is (was) no other way of doing this.

There was a 28 May notice, Young Women Age-Group Updates in LCR, that explained the YW classes would be reset. Since our YW classes had already been organized to align with the new names age groups, I called GSD to ask if the instructions in the notice would need to be followed. They said they would because the reset would release all YW class leaders. Adult leaders would be moved, but not released, to the Additional Young Women Callings group. The GSD person said that since the system would release the YW class leaders, we would need to re-enter them and then sustain them to the new classes. To prep for this we made a copy of the Young Women class leaders and adult class leaders before the change.
