IOS Tools app not synching with web

IOS Tools app not synching with web

I have recorded Sunday School attendance in Church Web. After synching a few times, the SS attendance still does not show up in my IOS Member Tools App. Am I not understanding something?

I tried the other way- recording in the IOS app and syncing an it updated in the Web.

Perhaps this one way share is as designed?
