Non-fuctioning Patriarch to give family blessings
Two years ago we moved from a stake where I was giving patriarchal blessings, to one that already has a functioning patriarch. I was officially made non-functioning. The time will soon come that more of our grandchildren will request patriarchal blessings from me, but I currently don't have access to the patriarchal blessing system to record them. The Stake President says he has tried several times to arrange for me to have access but to no avail. Can anyone please tell me what actions are required to make this happen?

Unless someone else has a better idea, I'm thinking the best route is to have the stake president call support to see what can be done.
My personal guess is that either "inactive" means you can't do it, or it would have to be done manually outside of the computer system.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
