Stake Expenses Stuck in Pending

I’m the Stake Clerk. We have some approved expenses sitting in a pending status for more than a week.

Each one has the same message.

The EFT is ready to be sent to the bank. Just waiting for the EFT file to be generated.

I’ve never seen this before. Is this waiting on me to do something?

If they are large dollar amounts, this may not unusual. Believe there is a pre-issuance procedure at headquarters for large EFT reimbursements. A week does seem like a long time though, suggest a call to the GSD.
