[font=comic sans ms]Does anyone have an xcopy batch (.bat) script that copies and changes the archive attribute or uses creation date or if file exits (etc.)[/font]

Robocopy (part of the Windows Resource Kit) may work better than xcopy for the task.

It would be easy to write - as long as you know what letter the USB drive is.

At a command prompt, type in "xcopy /?" to see the list of options. I think you may be interested in /M which will only copy the files that have the archive bit set and then reset it.
