Is there any way to create a report that shows the number of confirmed Primary children? I'm trying to estimate the 2nd Quarter 2011 ward allotment, and one of the metrics is the number of Primary children aged 8-11 who are confirmed, multiplied by the overall attendance percentage. I can print up class rolls, but I didn't see a way to identify whether they were confirmed, short of looking each one up individually.

Create a Custom Report with the following criteria:

• Age -- is or is greater than -- 8
• and Age -- is or is less than -- 11
• Member Status -- is -- Confirmed

Of course this is only an estimate, since the critical point is the members in that category as of 31 Dec 2010 (for the Q2 2011 allocation), but it should be close.

You can make it even more accurate by adding "on date" criteria:

• Age -- is or is greater than -- 8
• -- on date -- 31 Dec 2010
• and Age -- is or is less than -- 11
• -- on date -- 31 Dec 2010
• Member Status -- is -- Confirmed
