I got through to tech support at the Distribution Center, and they told me they could not do anything with the login on the EWay page and so they gave me a number to call for them: 877-295-0003. That number is also listed on the EWay sign-in page.

I called that and it was tech support for the LDS login, so that was nice that it wasn't just a general tech support queue for Staples. That guy was going to redirect me back to help desk at the Distribution Center, because he wasn't sure why I was even getting the EWay login page. He made it sound like that once you logged into the LDS store page that you should automatically be attached to the Staples stuff. I told him that they had directed me to him, and so he said he would just setup an account that we could go to eway.com with and login with it to get our supplies.

At this point, I'm waiting for that email - he said it could take up to 48 hours to receive it.

Received the email with the account information, so we can now login with our own account.

I logged in Monday, and by Tuesday the order was sitting on my Bishops door-step. I suppose that's the benefit of having a Staples distribution center in my home town. It worked awesome - very pleased with the result and ability to buy from Staples and have it billed directly to the Ward. I price shopped the items and overall we saved quite a bit.
