I'm Elder Sheriff..please I have problem with my email, I can't able to access it, please help me immediately, because I need to submit a document to our mission nurse

Hi Elder Sheriff, missionary email went down for a few hours today. We are sorry about the interruption right when you needed it. The system is back up and running now. In the future, if you need support please visit missionarysupport.churchofjesuschrist.org and click report a problem. If it is urgent, your mission technology specialist or mission office can call directly to Global Support Department for assistance.

When trying to sign in to my Missionary Email It will not allow me Nor will it allow me to sign into my area Email the screen shows this afterwards as a pop up message

" No account(s) found. If this is incorrect, please contact the Global Service Desk."

That link is throwing a 404 error. Perhaps the problem is resolved.

Ward clerk, or ward membership clerk is where I'd start.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I recently returned home from my mission and the day that I went home, a few apps were removed from my phone- including voice memos and Samsung music. (I still haven’t uninstalled Maas 360) There were a few songs and voice memos that I wanted to keep. I was wondering if there is a way I can restore those apps? Or if they’re gone forever and I should accept it and give up :)
