As Google Chrome is gaining in the browser market, is there a plan in place for getting a web app into the Chrome webstore?

It seems that a lot of apps are just bookmarks redirecting the person to the web page. Some apps though are built with the users in mind. Would it even be plausable for the Church to even develop an app like that?
