Bishop reports DELL OptiPlex 580 running Windows XP after login keeps displaying message "Inventory Scanner for Windows" had to close abruptly. Did some searching and it looks like this is a LANDesk issue. Did not find it mentioned when searching here. Anyone familiar with this issue and what the solution is?

Thanks,

Ditto. Michael - glad to hear from a fellow Alaskan. My parents are in the Sterling ward.

Hello, all! I'm the product manager for LANDesk at HQ. You may want to try re-installing the LANDesk client (available on the MLS download site). However, there are some changes coming, so if it's not really bothering you, I would just leave it for now.

That is the correct location for admin computers. FHC computers have a different download.
