When I click on links in Handbook 2, I get the message "You have not downloaded the content for the link you have just selected. Would you like to download 'Handbook 2:Administering the Church' now?"
Anyone else experience this? Is it a glitch within the app(version 2.0.2), or could it be specific to the Android device I am using?

Can you give an example? I pulled up "selected policies" since I know there's a number of references in there and found none of them were clickable.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
