Non-quality item

A non-quality item is a financial transaction this is not complete after two months. Non-quality items are reported monthly in areas outside of North America on the Unit Action List.
Examples
- A donation that has been reported but not credited at the bank or there is a difference that has not been resolved.
- A check that has been cashed but not reported in MLS.
Does not include
- A check that has been drawn but not cashed.
