I'm Ben Minson, a senior technical writer at the Church and a member of the User Education team in the ICS Department. I enjoy designing and building help content that enables people to be successful using Church technical products.

I lead the LDS Account Help project, where we're developing content for users of the upcoming release of the redesigned LDS Account site.
