3.The stake president interviews you for worthiness, signs the recommendation form, and &#039;&#039;&#039;forwards it to the local Church-service missionary coordinator&#039;s office for review&#039;&#039;&#039;, for entry into the database, and for authorization to extend the call.&lt;br /&gt;
