Cannot send and receive

Hi, we are having problems sending and receiving alterations from MLS, it says error 7, an tells us to call the secretary, but the ward does not have one yet.
What can we do?

First, you should call your stake or district clerk or stake technology specialist. You may also find help in the wiki under Troubleshooting MLS transmission problems. Your administration office should also be able to provide support.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
