EFT for nonmember payees

Is it possible to create an EFT for a nonmember, such as the electric company, etc? It doesn't look like you can but I'm new to this part of the clerk calling.

This is not possible. EFT reimbursement information can be set up by members. Business like the power company, etc. still need to be paid by check.
