HP LaserJet 2055dn won't print - Clerk's office
Our Clerk's HP LaserJet 2055 won't print. The 1st document in the queue just says printing until it eventually gives a printing error. We have a second printer, an HP Officejet Pro 8710 that we switched to temporarily while we tried to resolve the issue with the laser printer, but now we are unable to print from that one as well.

The Officejet will communicate with the HP Smart app and will even print a test page...but won't print anything outside of that...

How is it connected? If you go into the printer's setup, is it connected by IP or WSD? Are you sure it's still at that IP address?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Have you checked both printers to see if there is a document stuck in the que's? That could cause a no print issue. The documents will have to be deleted and then try again. If that does not work you should contact the stake clerk and/or stake technology specialist right away.

We've contacted the stake. I've found that I can print to the Officejet from Microsoft Edge, but not Chrome. The Laser printer seems to not communicate with the computer at all...I can't even find it when I delete it and try to re-add it.
