Unit History Tool

My wife has been called as our Ward History Specialist and has run into a lot of bugs using the new Unit History Tool. For one, while the tool asks for beginning and ending dates for an activity it doesn’t put them in chronological order. Is their a helpline for new History Specialists using this new tool?

In the Quick Start Guide, at the bottom of the "Creating Stories" page, it states the following:
"Any time you run into a technical issue or have feedback on potential improvements, please use the Feedback button located on the bottom right. You can also use this button to ask questions about the Unit History site."

Additionally, each Stake should also have a Stake History Specialist, and one of their responsibilities should be training and supporting the ward history specialists.

That said, when I look at our Unit History, there are menu selections for "Filter By" and "Sort By". Sorting by event date does put them in chronological order for me, is this perhaps not working for you?
