Tools & Ward directory is not working for me

I am unable to use member tools or access the ward directory online on the church website. I get a browser console error message for the online church website and "Member Tools Services are unavailable. Please try again later." on my Android Tools App. Please help.

In order for them to work, you must have your MRN on your church account. Otherwise, the system will treat you like a non-member.

Secondly, your membership record has to be in a ward or branch. If your last ward/branch lost track of you, they may have moved you into "address unknown".
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Yes it's been crashing while it's loading for about a week for me as well. I'm on a Pixel 6a with Android 14. Probably will have to uninstall and re-install.
